Babi Italia baby cribs have been made in Italy for over 15 years and have quite a large presence in America with both traditional and LifeStyle models available. Babi Italia makes 3 models of baby cribs. There are traditional styled, drop-side baby cribs, 3-in-1 baby cribs and LifeStyle baby cribs. The 3-in-1 model from Babi Italia converts from a crib to a toddler bed through to a day bed without re-assembly.
The LifeStyle model from Babi Italia goes a stage further, as it will convert into a full size bed complete with headboard and footboard. The guard rails and bed rails are sold separately.
Both of the baby cribs model have become very popular in recent years as they can be changed to another form as your child grows. The baby cribs also save parents money as there is no need to buy further beds for growing children. These baby cribs don't come with drop sides, conversely they have 3 adjustable mattress heights.
Babi Italia Baby Cribs The Collection
The Babi Italia Contempo baby cribs are available in either Classic White and Sandstone. Both of them are of solid wood construction with veneers and both are 3-in-1 types. The baby cribs are simple in design with a modern touch. The head and foot boards are matching with gently curving lines. The slats are plain and uniform. There are 3 adjustable mattress heights and the dimensions are 49.5"h x 56.5"d x 31"w. A matching mattress can be purchased separately. Finally, the Contempo baby cribs also feature an armoire and combo with hat drawer - the hat can be converted to a nightstand - legs sold separately.
The Babi Italia Pinehurst baby cribs are available in 3 finishes; Espresso, Tea Stain and Natural. The Pinehurst baby cribs are the Babi Italia LifeStyle series. The Espresso baby cribs are of solid rubber wood construction with birch veneer and available in either LifeStyle and traditional models with very graceful lines and comes with one drop side.
The Tea Stain baby cribs are constructed of pine with pine veneer and available in either LifeStyle and Crib models. The Pinehurst Natural is of rubber wood construction with birch veneer and comes in a LifeStyle model only. There are 3 adjustable mattress heights and the dimensions are 48"h x 57"d x 32.5"w.
All Babi Italia LifeStyle baby cribs can be converted using the company's 'Dual Leg Construction' design, which means that the baby cribs can be converted by removing just 4 bolts. Like the Contempo baby cribs, you can also buy additional items for the nursery to match the crib, these items are an armoire, combo, hutch and nightstand.
All the baby cribs meet CPSC (Consumer Products Safety Commission) standards and the paint used on is lead free and non-toxic.
